The dispatched company engineers went to Xinjiang to visit local communication operators and fiber optic cable construction engineering companies to solve common problems in fiber cutting and fiber fusion technology. In response to customer feedback, the engineer specializes in preparing lectures, explaining the training for the customer, and maintaining the equipment and tools without compensation.

In order to better serve customers and get the information of the front-end, for the later introduction of a new generation of optical fiber fusion splicer, Tumtec's engineers also made a special trip to the optical fiber construction site to visit and inspect, to provide a full range of technology for the operation and maintenance construction personnel stand by.
